At Eye Lid Clinic our consultations and procedures take place in private rooms within Beardwood Hospital and The Lancaster Hospital supported by a team of highly trained medical staff who are on hand to ensure our patients’ safety in a clinical environment that is professional and Care Quality Commission approved. Meet The Surgeon Mano Sira
BSc MBBS MSc(Oxon) FRCOphth
Mano Sira is currently a NHS Consultant Oculoplastic & Ophthalmic Surgeon at Preston and Chorley Teaching Hospitals where he sub-specialises in eyelid plastic and reconstructive, orbital (thyroid eye disease) and lacrimal (tear drainage) surgery.
As a regional expert with over 15 years experience, Mano receives tertiary referrals from the whole of Lancashire and South Cumbria.
Educated at Imperial College and Oxford University, he undertook his formal training in London and European centres of excellence including Moorfields, East Grinstead and Marienhospital-Stuttgart, Germany.
Mano now resides and works in Lancashire having settled in the beautiful Forest of Bowland in the Ribble Valley with his wife and two young children.
